Red grew up in Cleveland, Ohio with four brothers who all had a passion for snowboarding. So much so, that their family packed their bags and shipped off to Colorado so they could have a real shot at becoming professionals. With a resort like Copper Mountain as his training ground, Red quickly made a name for himself as one of the best young snowboarders the industry had ever seen.
