With curbside grocery pickup on the rise, incorrect curbside substitutes quickly followed–as did consumer frustration. Fresh Street, a store built specifically for curbside pickup, needed a creative partner who could not only help them stand apart, but also make their key differentiators shine.
We introduced Chicago’s first curbside-only grocery store to locals to show off their revolutionary no-substitutions guarantee with a hyper-targeted, omnichannel creative campaign.
To launch the first curbside-only grocery store to Chicago, we developed a “Hello World” campaign with hand-drawn illustrations dramatizing the wacky substitutions consumers often get stuck with when utilizing curbside grocery pickup - and offering Fresh Street as the clear solution for a headache free pickup experience. We touted their no-substitutions guarantee across Spotify, hyper-targeted local OOH, CTV on Youtube, and more, to introduce Fresh Street to their new Chicago neighbors.
