ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND ENERGY TRANSITION MICROSITE

The Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) aims for safe, affordable, and reliable energy while fast-tracking climate change combat through cleaner sources. Transitioning isn't just about renewables; convincing fossil fuel-connected audiences is tough.

Achieving net zero requires global collaboration from industries, governments, and NGOs. To engage these groups in actionable energy transition, we partnered with EDF to create an interactive site. It visually conveyed different paths towards a carbon-free future, simplifying complex info.

Our site offered three pathways for a global audience overwhelmed by climate messages but lacking feasible solutions. Utilizing Brand Strategy, Digital Strategy, UX, Web Development, Graphic Design, and Copywriting, we aimed to show doable energy changes rather than an all-or-nothing approach. EDF effectively used the site to engage industry and government at conferences, driving discussions.

“We’ve partnered with Hunt, Gather for years to tell our story in the digital space in a way that will engage our various audiences. edfenergytransition.org is a great example of a site that layers our efforts and conveys the importance of each quickly.”
