ACL Fest has long been flooded with brand sponsorships that feel forced. As a brand steeped in the Austin live music scene, Hopdoddy needed to stand out with an activation that authentically spoke to the laid-back, festival-going Austin culture.



We know that festival goers hate to be tied down, so we utilized Hopdoddy’s iconic 64 ounce Roadie Margarita as the star of our campaign, inviting all music lovers to experience ACL the Hopdoddy way.

Good vibes, great burgers, and the all mighty Roadie took center stage for this FOMO-fueled ACL activation. We wanted to deliver an experience that authentically embodied Austin's laidback, local, and live music-loving vibe. With All Roadies Lead to ACL, Hopdoddy Burger Bar became the literal vehicle to arrive at the festival in style with a custom pedicab wrap.

With more than 400 entries and only 21 epic VIP Doddy experiences available, ACL fest concert goers held out in hopes of being selected to win the most ultimate, FOMO-filled experience of the weekend brought to life by our experiential activation.
