Hunt, Gather Adds Seasoned Directors to Shape Client Engagement and Strategic Thinking
Hunt, Gather is excited to announce the addition of two Directors. Jill Runyon joins us as Director of Client Experience and Operations, and Ryan Delafosse as Director of Strategy and New Business.
As a vital connector of both dots and people, Jill Runyon has a proven track record of helping brands and their agency teams thrive across rapidly changing communications landscapes. With over 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, she spent the vast majority of her time at T3 (now Material) in a variety of client service roles, culminating in SVP of Client Services.
Throughout her career, Jill has worked with a wide array of B2B and B2C clients, including UPS, ABM, PODS, Hilton Hotels, and FOCUS Brands, across brand, digital, social, CRM, and site and app design and builds.

In her role, Jill is responsible for overseeing client experience and operations, ensuring that Hunt, Gather continues to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients. She works closely with the agency's leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and collaborates with clients to develop strategies that help them achieve their business goals.

Ryan Delafosse has made a name for himself in the industry by living at the intersection of analytics, insights, and campaign creative. He specializes in helping clients find exactly what motivates audiences and consumers, and has turned business challenges into brand expressions for the likes of Destination Canada, Zappos, Anheuser-Busch, Verizon, and more.
